Due to the nature of made-to-order and perishable products, returns and refunds are handled differently depending on the product category.
Coffee Products
Because coffee is a perishable product:

Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse or opened items.

If your coffee order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

clear photos of the issue

Approved claims may receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Reshipment fees may apply for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
Apparel & Drinkware Products
Apparel and drinkware items are made to order and fulfilled by a third-party production partner.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing.

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Eligible issues will be reviewed and resolved with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
