Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of made-to-order and perishable products, returns and refunds are handled differently depending on the product category.


Coffee Products

Because coffee is a perishable product:

  • Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse or opened items.

  • If your coffee order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

    • your order number

    • clear photos of the issue

Approved claims may receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Reshipment fees may apply for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.


Apparel & Drinkware Products

Apparel and drinkware items are made to order and fulfilled by a third-party production partner.

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing.

  • If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Eligible issues will be reviewed and resolved with a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
