At Arrow & Roots Coffee Co., we take pride in the quality of our fresh-roasted coffee and custom-designed gear. Because our products are either perishable or made-to-order, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

1. The "No-Return" Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns. * Coffee: As a perishable food item, coffee cannot be returned or resold once it has left our partner facility.

  • Apparel & Drinkware: These items are custom-printed at the time of your order and cannot be returned for buyer's remorse or sizing errors.

2. Damages and Issues (The 30-Day Guarantee)

While we do not accept returns for "change of mind," we stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right.

  • Claim Window: You must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Evidence Required: Please email Christie@arrowandrootscoffeeco.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and/or packaging.

  • Resolution: Upon approval, we will either issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.

3. Fees and Costs

To ensure full transparency for our customers:

  • Restocking Fees: We charge $0 restocking fees for any approved claims.

  • Return Shipping: Since we do not accept physical returns, there are no return shipping costs for the customer.

4. Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale.

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Address Errors: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping info at checkout.

5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically back to your original payment method. Please note that it typically takes 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
