Welcome to Arrow & Roots Coffee Co. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Arrow & Roots Coffee Co.

Arrow & Roots Coffee Co. is an online retailer offering thoughtfully sourced specialty coffee, apparel, and drinkware. Our products are fulfilled by trusted third-party partners on our behalf.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.

2. Products & Fulfillment

Coffee Products

Coffee products are partner-roasted and fulfilled by a third-party specialty coffee provider. Arrow & Roots Coffee Co. does not roast coffee in-house.

Apparel & Drinkware

Apparel and drinkware items are made to order and fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand provider.

Because products are fulfilled by different partners, orders containing multiple product types may ship separately.

3. Ordering & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment must be completed at checkout using accepted payment methods, including digital wallets where available.

We reserve the right to:

  • correct pricing errors

  • cancel or refuse orders

  • limit quantities

  • verify payment or shipping information

4. Shipping

Shipping rates, processing times, and delivery estimates are outlined in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Arrow & Roots Coffee Co. is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which differs by product category due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our products.

In general:

  • Coffee products are non-returnable for buyer’s remorse

  • Apparel and drinkware are non-returnable for incorrect sizing or preference

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be eligible for replacement or refund if reported within the stated timeframe

6. Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If subscription products are offered:

  • subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected frequency

  • customers may manage or cancel subscriptions according to the terms provided at signup

Subscription terms will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product names, and branding — is the property of Arrow & Roots Coffee Co. or its content partners and may not be used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Arrow & Roots Coffee Co. is not liable for:

  • delays caused by fulfillment partners or shipping carriers

  • indirect or consequential damages

  • misuse of products

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
