At Arrow & Roots Coffee Co., we strive to get your fresh roast from our partner facility to your doorstep as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping terms below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

1. Shipping Territory

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing & Timelines

To provide the most accurate delivery estimates, we split our timeline into Handling Time (roasting and packaging) and Transit Time (delivery by carrier).

  • Order Cutoff Time: 12:00 PM (CST) Monday – Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

  • Handling Time: 2 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday). This includes the roasting-on-demand process to ensure maximum freshness.

  • Transit Time: 3 – 4 business days (Monday – Friday) via trusted domestic carriers.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 – 9 business days.

3. Shipping Rates (Coffee Orders)

Shipping for coffee is calculated based on the number of items in your order. These rates are clearly displayed at checkout:

4. Apparel & Drinkware

Our apparel and drinkware are printed on demand.

  • Fulfillment: 2 – 5 business days.

  • Transit: 3 – 4 business days.

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Note: Because these items come from a different facility, they may ship separately from your coffee.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email containing a Tracking Number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Shipping Accuracy & Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Arrow & Roots Coffee Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the item.
